In Sunday school this month, children will finish up their study of the Old Testament in preparation for the season of Advent. Our Bible Black Belt students are moving on to the Green Belt after spending the last three months orienting themselves with the organizational structure of the Old
and New Testament they will move on to master specific scripture as we
move closer to becoming Bible Black Belts.

Thank you for your support of the BeTween Car Wash on 10/20. Our children were able to raise $626 to pack Christmas bags for children in need, as part of the Sidewalk Sunday school program in Mesa. This year, we will pack 30 bags of Christmas Gifts for preschool aged children. Our kids in BeTween are excited to spend the month of November learning to serve their community, so this project is a great start!

The Fall Festival was a great success, it was great to see so many families out in costume and sharing an evening of fun together. We are so grateful to the Dayspring Youth for their hard work volunteering at the event along with the families that supported the Trunk or Treat event.

Help us Bake some Pies!

We are hosting a pie making event on November 24 from 1:00-3:30pm for all Dayspring families, youth, and church members. Our pies will be donated to a Thanksgiving Dinner for foster children on November 25.

Children’s Ministries will sponsor our Annual Food Drive to support United
Food Bank in Mesa. On Sunday, November 24 we will collect any nonperishable food items and frozen turkeys to fill the food bank shelves in time for the holiday season. BeTween and a refrigerated truck will be on hand on Thanksgiving Sunday to collect your donations.
