Thank you for your support of the Parable of the Talents. Thirty eight children showcased their Talents and raised more than $900 to support Project Hope, our 2018 service project to build a clean water well in a village outside of Monrovia, Liberia. This will be the ongoing benefactor of all our 2018
fundraising activities. If your child has not had a chance to get involved in the Student Challenge for Project Hope and would like to, please email

Toothbrush Drive – Children’s Ministries is sponsoring a Toothbrush Drive to send along with the mission to Tochimizolco, Mexico. We will be collecting new toothbrushes, floss, and travel sized toothpaste through Palm Sunday. Children can bring their donations to Sunday school to contribute to their class count and there will also collection boxes in the narthex and church office.

A Night in Jerusalem – Children’s Ministry is hosting a Night in Jerusalem family potluck on Wednesday March 28th from 5:00 – 7:00pm in Fellowship Hall. Join us for this open house style event as we are immersed in scenes from what it might have been like in Jerusalem over 2,000 years ago. Booths and activities open at 5:00pm and run continuously through 7:00pm. The potluck buffet will open at 5:30. Come when you can, as this is an informal “walk-though” event where kids will get the opportunity to create and experience their way through Holy Week.

AWAKE – Our spring AWAKE will be held on April 28th and 29th. This is an overnight ministry for children in 3rd – 6th grades. More information is coming soon, but for now, Save the Date!
